How many free creations do I get?
Your first generation in each of the three modes is free: one sticker pack, one meme generation, and one caricature generation. Ready-made stickers are always free. Each completed new generation also includes one repeat of the same setup.
How do creation packs work?
After the free generation in a mode, you can buy a one-time pack of 5, 15, or 40 creation credits. One new generation uses one credit. Credits work across all three modes; these are not subscriptions. The price for your region appears in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.
Where are my creations and profiles?
They are saved on your device under My Creations and People. Uninstalling the app removes the local library and profiles. If a cloud generation finishes while you are away, reopen the app to download it; temporary cloud media is removed after delivery or scheduled for cleanup 7 days after generation completes.
A purchase succeeded, but credits are missing
Reopen StickerMe with an internet connection and give the purchase a moment to sync. If the balance still does not appear, contact us with the Apple purchase date and the product name. Please do not send payment-card details or private photos. Consumable credits are linked to the app's anonymous account and may not be restorable after that account is lost.
Refunds and billing
Apple processes payments and refund requests. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded credit pack may be removed from your balance.
If you refund a pack after using its credits, those used credits are deducted from future credit purchases. StickerMe shows this adjustment before you buy another pack.
