1. Agreement and licence
By using StickerMe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Your App Store download is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where that agreement controls, it takes precedence. StickerMe is provided by Yuliia Otmakhova.
2. Creative tools and your content
StickerMe offers ready-made stickers and optional cloud generation of sticker packs, memes, and caricatures. You may use photos only if you have the necessary rights and permission from people shown. Do not submit illegal, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content. Generated outputs may be inaccurate, may resemble existing material, and should be reviewed before sharing. You retain your rights in content you provide; you permit us and our service providers to process it only to provide the requested creation and operate the service.
3. Free use and credit packs
Ready-made stickers remain free. You get one free new generation in each mode: stickers, memes, and caricatures. After that, a new generation requires one shared credit. One generation means one sticker pack of nine, one meme result (single or sheet), or one caricature result (single or sheet). Each completed new generation includes one repeat using the same setup without another credit. Optional one-time packs contain 5, 15, or 40 credits; they are consumable in-app purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown in your local App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.
Credits are recorded against the app's anonymous account and do not have a scheduled expiry while that account remains available. Apple processes payments and refund requests. Refunds may reduce the available credit balance. Deleting the anonymous account forfeits its unused credits. Consumable credits may not transfer to another device or be recoverable if the anonymous account credential is lost; contact support with your Apple transaction information if you need help.
If you refund a pack after using its credits, those used credits are deducted from future credit purchases. StickerMe shows this adjustment before you buy another pack.
4. Local creations and cloud delivery
Finished creations and People profiles are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, that local data is removed. A background generation may continue on our servers after you leave the creation screen; reopen the app to download it. Temporary cloud results are removed after delivery or scheduled for cleanup 7 days after generation completes. Keep copies of any creations you want outside the app using the available export tools.
5. Availability and acceptable use
Cloud generation requires internet access and may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or rejected. Do not interfere with the service, evade free or paid usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service. We may update features and pricing for future purchases; completed purchases keep the credit quantity shown at purchase.
6. Responsibility and rights
The app's software, design, ready-made stickers, and branding belong to us or our licensors. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StickerMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights or remedies.
